• We will provide guidelines and coaching to uplevel any of the speaker’s assets. We will NOT create video reels or speaker landing pages.  
• We will Update or create a Speaker Kit.
• Create the research and application tools and train the client and their team
• Research and application strategy - review the confirmation process, booking process, and negotiation process
• Work with the client and their team to customize the reach-out scripts

How long does it take to get on a stage?

• PODCASTS: Once your team connects with a podcast host you should see a response within 30 days or less
• LIVE EVENTS (Small): For small live events you will get responses within 30 - 60 days
• INDUSTRY CONFERENCES/ PAID SPEAKING: Typically once you apply, they would make their decisions within 60 or 90 days from the closing application date and the event typically takes place 60+ days after that.

What conversion rate can I expect?

• PODCASTS: 60 - 70% of podcasts your team reaches out to will select you as a guest
• SMALL LIVE EVENTS: We see 30 - 40% success for small live events. 
• LIVE INDUSTRY CONFERENCES/ PAID SPEAKING: We see 20% success.
• This can vary significantly between industries, clients, and topics but on average we see 20% success rate. If you reach out to 10 platforms each month you will get 2 bookings.
