- Write & Refine Your Talk: From first draft to stage-ready message we will co-create your talk together.
- Craft Your Pitch: Develop your abstract and positioning for TEDx and other curated platforms.
- Record & Review: Create your application video. Learn rehearsal strategy, delivery techniques, slides, memorization vs. mastery.
- Elevate the Delivery: Story, humor, rhythm, and audience connection.
- Beyond TEDx: Strategic visibility pathways once your message is clarified.

How long does it take to prepare before applying?
Preparation typically takes 4 weeks to 3 months, depending on your availability and commitment. We work privately to shape the strongest possible positioning.
How long until I get selected?
Once pitching begins, we consistently submit your idea to 10 events per month. Selection timelines vary — from as little as 1 month to up to 9 months.
Are there better times of year to apply?
TEDx events typically open applications 6 months before the event and close approximately 3 months prior to allow for speaker preparation. We track and apply strategically year-round.
