Your journey with us is customizable! You have the option of buying a certain allotment of hours or an ongoing monthly amount of support.

We start with a brief audit of where you currently are and what needs the most attention so that we can get started right away!

We can use this time as in-person meetings to refine strategy and generate ideas and work together on bringing those ideas into action. We can also use that time to support you on the back end, doing tasks for you on your behalf so that you can focus your energy elsewhere. Most clients like a balance of both -- monthly meetings to set the intentions and goals for the month and then we work on a task list of who is doing what.

What if I don't know where to start?

That's what we're here for! The IDEA METHOD framework gives us an overview of where your business needs the most support. We can start there or wherever you need the most support at the moment. Together, we will come up with a plan that fits your needs!

Do I have to renew after 3 months?

Nope! You can come back as often as you need to, and purchase hours when you need them! Most clients find that they need ongoing support, so the monthly hours help keep them on track and also help them delegate tasks to us so they can free up their time to focus on profit-making efforts.

What happens if I don't use all my hours in the monthly timeframe? Do they roll over?

Yes! You have a year to use the hours you accumulate, however, we ask that you think about how you manage your time. If you've accumulated excessive time, we ask that you do not take it in one month so that we have the bandwidth to be able to help you. At our initial meeting, we can come up with a schedule that works best for you and adjust as necessary over time.
